Terms of Service & Privacy

1. Agreement

By visiting jammingwithjules.com ("the site") or signing up for any of our communications, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy practices described below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

"Jules!", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Jules! (Jamming with Jules!), a children's music project led by Jules! (they/them). You can reach us any time at info@jammingwithjules.com.

3. Using the site

The site is free to browse. Please don't try to break it, scrape it at unreasonable rates, attempt to bypass any security measures, or use it in a way that interferes with other people's use. You're responsible for any account credentials you create on connected services (Patreon, Bandsintown, the Shopify store).

4. Music, lyrics, and creative work

All songs, lyrics, recordings, music videos, artwork, photos, logos, the JULES! wordmark, and written content on the site are © Jules! and their collaborators, all rights reserved. You're welcome to:

• Stream the songs through Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.
• Share lyric sheets and printables we publish, for personal and classroom use.
• Sing the songs at home, in the car, in the bath, and at bedtime — encouraged.

You may not redistribute, sell, sync, broadcast, or reupload the recordings or artwork without prior written permission. For licensing requests (film, TV, ads, school district use, performance rights), email us — we say yes more than you might think.

5. A note about children

Jules!'s music is made for kids ages 0–8, but this website speaks to the grown-ups in their lives. The site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you're under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email us and we'll delete it.

6. Shop, classes, and pre-orders

Merch, music, vinyl pre-orders, and Wrist Critters live on our Shopify store at shop.jammingwithjules.com. When you click any "Pre-order" or "Shop" link on this site, you're taken there. Checkout, payment, shipping, and order support are handled by Shopify under their own terms.

The Patreon community (including the monthly live jam) is hosted by Patreon, Inc. and governed by their terms. Personalized videos are booked through Cameo. Tour tickets are sold by the venue or its ticketing partner — Jules! is the performing artist, not the ticket seller.

7. Email newsletter (Brevo)

Our email newsletter is run on Brevo. By submitting the email signup form on the Stay in Touch page, you consent to receive periodic email updates about new songs, tour dates, classes, products, and the occasional note from Jules. We typically send 1–4 emails per month; frequency may vary around tours and new releases.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We store the email address and (if you give it) a first name; we do not sell, rent, or share your address with third parties for marketing.

8. SMS / text-message marketing (Brevo)

Our SMS list is also run on Brevo, in compliance with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, and Brevo's Acceptable Use Policy. The following terms apply to anyone who opts in:

• Program description. Jules! Tour, Music & Class alerts — recurring text messages about new songs, tour announcements, ticket on-sales, the monthly Patreon jam, and Cameo / merch drops.
• Consent. By submitting your mobile number through the Brevo SMS signup form on the Stay in Touch page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Jules! at the mobile number you provide.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy music, merch, tickets, or class memberships without joining the SMS list.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on activity; typically 2–6 messages per month, with possible spikes around tour announcements and new releases.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates depending on your plan. Jules! is not responsible for those charges.
• Opting out — reply STOP. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. We'll send a final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed and will stop sending you messages.
• Help — reply HELP. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at info@jammingwithjules.com.
• Supported carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular, MetroPCS, and most US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to join the SMS list. You must be the account holder of the mobile number you submit, or have authorization to opt in that number.
• What we collect. When you opt in we store your mobile number, the date and time of consent, and your message activity (sent/delivered/opted-out). We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing — including affiliates. We share it with service providers (Brevo and our SMS carrier) only as needed to deliver these messages.
• Privacy. SMS data, including consent records and opt-out status, is handled in accordance with the Privacy section of these terms and Brevo's Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The site embeds or links to content from third-party services we don't control: YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandsintown, Shopify, Brevo, Patreon, Cameo, Venmo, and others. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policies. We're responsible for the content we publish on jammingwithjules.com itself; we're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services we link to.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep tour dates, class schedules, product availability, and links accurate, but information on the site is subject to change. The site's music education content is for general enjoyment and engagement — it is not professional therapeutic or medical advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jules! and our collaborators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any third-party services linked from the site, including Shopify checkout, Patreon membership, ticket purchases, or SMS / email delivery delays.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes — particularly to the SMS or email sections — we'll let active subscribers know by email before the changes take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
